OM: But the only difference now is, and this is a question for us to resolve, is when we want to go ahead and make changes or update statuses or anything with a client's program, or do we want to build it in a way where we can do it out of Slack and just it automatically sends updates? OM: Or do we want to have to still, maybe Slack is more of the like, the dude on the watchtower that's like, yo, like this is, this is why I'm saying that getting rid of Slack and just having everything built into Wealth Portal, you're trying to go over a hurdle that's going to, essentially, we're going to, Slack is going to be obsolete eventually, to be completely honest.
Roger Holden: high-risk processing, dude, it's like they'll start taking like 5% to 7% of your sales. Roger Holden: like it just, granted, like, all right, like it's a price to pay for certain things if you're doing volume. Roger Holden: But there's, I think you can avoid that. Roger Holden: I'd rather see you avoid that. Roger Holden: I'd rather not see you put, you bunch of money into somebody else's pocket if you can, you know, if you don't have to. Roger Holden: But yeah, for sure. Roger Holden: The testing that is usually done, like when I've sent out some of the like Tryptomics Lab, Altitude, some of the testing that gets done. Roger Holden: That's basically how they do it.
Roger Holden: That you get the email and then you end up getting like another email that just comes from, you know, pretty much separately. Roger Holden: That has, you know, where to send the money, whether it's crypto or Zelle. Roger Holden: And as long as it's not front-facing, I think that's kind of your best, you know, aspect of Roger Holden: And that also is something that we can figure out in terms of like an automation if you're interested where you're not having to, you know, it comes in, they send their order number maybe to another email or link, and then we can automate the side that just automatically sends that email out as well, which would just, you know, take the overhead away from you.
OM: So it's like, basically, why build, why build it in a way where it's going to be outdated and obsolete very quickly? OM: Okay, I see. Roger Holden: Okay. OM: Yeah, I mean, dude. OM: My question would be, my question would be, Roger Holden: What features of Slack do you enjoy? Roger Holden: Like, why are you using Slack anyways? Roger Holden: Because it just exists. Roger Holden: Like, I think getting a list or you telling me straight up, like, these are the features from Slack that I enjoy. Roger Holden: We will get them implemented to the portal and have that done. Roger Holden: Like, your administrative login, our admin backend side, will be basically our own custom private Slack that they don't have access to.
Roger Holden: And totally cool, like not even, you know, I'm not trying to pressure you into that, but I think eventually if that'll just make things easy for you, it's an option. Roger Holden: You know, it's really, I think at first, like if you're starting out just friends and family and stuff like that, and it's nothing crazy, like you can handle the volume. Roger Holden: But if you get into a place where you're like, dude, this is blowing up, like I got a ton of people, I just can't answer 200 emails a day. Roger Holden: Like, you know, I'm there to support you in that if that's something you need. Roger Holden: But I think just a really solid website is, it's relatively simple. Roger Holden: It's nothing crazy. Roger Holden: We do that for a handful of businesses.
Roger Holden: And then we'll connect it. Roger Holden: So, like, you'll have your Telegram bot or we can even set it up for iMessages. Roger Holden: You can brain dump into it, you'll have your priorities, your dashboard will exist on the back end of it. OM: What? OM: That's insane, bro. OM: Yeah, that will be sweet. Roger Holden: Because it's like, we could build you a custom dashboard or, like, a custom executive assistant and , but, like, then you still have two different things. Roger Holden: I think for this purpose, because we're running Wealth Portal, it would make sense for yours to be, your dashboard would be your admin side of the Wealth Portal.
Roger Holden: And then from there, you can stack up, you know, other automations if you need them. Roger Holden: For what you're talking about, though, I don't even think you necessarily need any of really those other automations. Roger Holden: just need a really solid place for people to. Roger Holden: Land, see the credibility, the authority that you have, and then from there, make the purchase. Roger Holden: But the biggest thing is just like figuring out how intricate you want it, how much education you really want. Roger Holden: mean, obviously, there's certain things that we can't, and I'd be happy to even do a little bit of that heavy lifting, like on the research end to see kind of where and what we can or can't say, because I think that'll kind of dictate.
Roger Holden: Like, otherwise, we're building, we're using three different things, we're custom building two things. Roger Holden: Like, bro, if we just build this one. Roger Holden: Like, Roger Holden: Thing that handles all of this, then we don't have to around with these other things. OM: it literally has like an EA built in there on my admin side that's like... Roger Holden: you can wake up to a notification ping from Telegram every day at , we'll set the time, like 6 a.m., you just get your feedback. OM: That's crazy. OM: And then even with like other team members too, they'll have their own supporting agent that's like, hey, this is what you got to get done, da-da-da-da.
