Roger Holden: You know, you can't really teach people that as much as it's like a mindset thing, you know, so I don't miss that aspect of it. Roger Holden: But it's, it's fun. Roger Holden: I love watching the journey and seeing what you're up to is like super cool. Roger Holden: And really, really funny that you reached out and were like, you know, or what you were looking for. Roger Holden: One of my other friends, he's living in Columbia. Roger Holden: He's also been doing coaching forever. Roger Holden: actually met him at the same gym that I was just on this call with this other guy. Roger Holden: And we like, you know, we've stayed in touch over the years, but he's building out a whole back-end protocol, working with doctors, getting people's biometrics and stuff, blood work done, but also working with peptides and stuff.
Roger Holden: I wish I could move it so that you were like above the screen. OM: I wonder if I can do that. OM: I don't figure out a way to do that. OM: So this Jarvis one that I'm totally I started to work on. OM: can, obviously, what I think could be good, you tell me if this is the right order of priority in terms of you being able to really audit and see all the code, see everything that's built, is why don't we just get you linked up to GitHub and you can see all the files and everything we need?
Roger Holden: So, I think what's going to be valuable here is you sharing Notion with me so I have the ability to see what's in there and having access to it. Roger Holden: Step two, truthfully, is getting this wealth portal up as fast as possible so that it can be used and be logged. OM: It arguably shouldn't take really that much time. Roger Holden: So, you think it'd be better not to just keep working on, like, Notion and whatever?
Roger Holden: So I was like, that was like, it was kind of funny. Roger Holden: was like the same day I was talking to him about it, you and I connected and we're talking about, you know, what you were looking for. Roger Holden: And it's like, there's such a, I mean, I'm sure you see it too, but there's like, there's so much talk about it in the last couple of months. Roger Holden: I feel like peptides have like really blown up so much so that like, I'm even at the gym locally here and there's kids coming in to me. Roger Holden: I mean, like kids coming in, talking about peptides and there's just so much misinformation out there, unfortunately, about a lot of it. Roger Holden: Like I'm a huge supplement junkie.
Roger Holden: So, I think for Gilberto and, like, if you end up signing another person this week or next week or some like that, Roger Holden: Use that for right now. Roger Holden: The transition over is going to be very easy. OM: Okay. Roger Holden: And with the agents, I think the best thing to do would be to have, I guess, a question for you would be, how do you want access to these agents? Roger Holden: Do you want them installed and working right inside the portal, and you're just accessing the portal from an administrative login?
Roger Holden: I've been into this for quite a while and kind of like the whole guinea pig . Roger Holden: It's fun, and it always has been for me, but I feel like there's just so much misinformation or lack of education around it, and it's like, I don't know, at the end of the day, I'm the type of person that does educate myself, but I know so many people just aren't in that position, they're probably using it wrong, and X, Y, and Z, and, you know. Bryan Gutierrez: Yeah, Yeah, no, I get you. Bryan Gutierrez: I always tell them, like, dude, you gotta get your basics down first.
Bryan Gutierrez: Like, if you just started lifting weights, like, just stick to your, like, creatine, pre-workout, protein, and, like, that's all you need for a little bit. Bryan Gutierrez: A good multivitamin, you know, that's it, dude. Roger Holden: Yeah, dude, over-supplement. Roger Holden: I think that's, like, the biggest thing that I've, people are expecting, like, it's in the word. Roger Holden: You're supplementing. Roger Holden: You're not getting your whole nutrition, and, like, through that, I feel like when I first got into it, too, I was so obsessed with that, and everyone's, you know, protein this, protein that, and it's like, dude, you gotta hit so much more than just your protein goals.
OM: Yes. Roger Holden: Or do you want your own thing? OM: Yes, and I do want my own, not just even, yes, I want my own thing that's debriefing me every morning saying, hey, this is what we got to do. OM: These are the top, like lowest hanging fruit, top tasks. OM: This is what's next, et cetera. OM: It's kind of like a, yeah, it's helping me track like what needs to be done. OM: So I'm not every day waking up and having to think what is the most important task to get done and what's the order priority.
